How to get Champions League final tickets?

As usual, fans of the participating teams and the general public are being allocated the majority of the tickets for the final. A total of 47,200 tickets out of 72,000 are available directly for fans and the general public to purchase. The two finalists receive 20,000 each; the sale and allocation process for the tickets reserved for fans of the finalists will be organised by the clubs involved.

The ticket application window for the general public ran on UEFA.com from Friday 21 to Friday 28 April. A ballot is conducted to allocate these tickets. The remaining tickets are for the local organising structure, UEFA and national associations, commercial partners and broadcasters.

What’s the format of the Champions League final?

If the score is equal at the end of normal time, two 15-minute periods of extra time are played. If one of the teams scores more goals than the other during extra time, that team are declared the winners.

If the score is still equal after extra time, the winners are determined by kicks from the penalty mark.
